Nasisoft is a sterile solution for intranasal and inhalation use.

Peculiarities

"Nasisoft" cleans and moisturizes the nasal mucosa both in healthy individuals and in patients with inflammatory respiratory diseases.

The solution facilitates breathing by diluting the secretion of the nasal mucosa, paranasal sinuses and contributes to its early excretion.

Active substances

Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring component (polysaccharide) that performs a number of important biological functions in the body. Due to the hydrophilic properties of its molecule, hyaluronic acid provides a high degree of hydration in the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract, which in combination with sodium chloride solution promotes hydration, creates conditions for improving mucociliary clearance. Also, due to the high degree of hydration of the hyaluronic acid molecule, a barrier is formed on the surface of the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract, which prevents the adhesion (adhesion) of antigens (viruses, bacteria, allergens).

Recommendations for use

• daily hygiene of the nasal cavity;
• moisturizing the nasal mucosa in dry air;
• cleaning the nasal mucosa from dust, allergens;
• prevention of infectious diseases of the respiratory tract;
• complex treatment of bronchitis, bronchiolitis, cystic fibrosis, bronchiectasis to dilute sputum;
• complex treatment of acute and chronic diseases of the nasopharynx;
• nasal cavity and sinuses, adenoid hypertrophy in children, perennial and seasonal allergic rhinitis;
• postoperative period after operations on the organs of the nasal cavity.

Compound

1 ml of solution contains:

Sodium hyaluronate - 1.0 mg.

Sodium chloride - 9.0 mg.

Mode of application

"Nasisoft" is intended for inhalation use by inhalation through the mouth or nose using a nebulizer and intranasal administration.

Using "Nasisoft" with a nebulizer

For inhalation use 2-4 ml 2 times a day, if necessary, the frequency of administration can be increased.

Aerosol inhalation can be carried out using a special face mask, thickener, nipple mouthpiece, or nasal cannula.

Prepare the nebulizer for use.

Open the plastic bag and remove the disposable container from there. Make sure the container has not been damaged. Do not remove the container from the package unless necessary.

Shake the container you removed. Leave other containers in a plastic bag and place them in a cardboard box.

While holding the container at the top edge, twist the other edge to open the container.

Place the container in the nebulizer with the open side down and press down slightly. Make sure all of the solution flows into the nebulizer.

Collect the nebulizer and use as directed.

After use, rinse the nebulizer, neutralize the rest of the solution.

Intranasal administration "Nasisoft"

Assign:

children from birth to 7 years old - 1-2 drops in each nasal passage 1-3 times a day;

children aged 7 to 12 years old and adolescents 13-16 years old - two drops in each nasal passage 2-4 times a day;

adults - 2-3 drops in each nasal passage 3-6 times a day.

Check the integrity of the packaging before use.

It is recommended to clear the nasal passages before intranasal administration. For newborns: lay the baby on its side.

For children and adults: while sitting or standing, tilt your head to one side. In turn, a single-use container is inserted into each nasal passage and gently pressed.

Injection must be carried out into the left nasal opening, tilting the head to the right and vice versa - into the right nasal opening, tilting the head to the left.

The procedure is most effective before meals.

After the procedure, you need to keep your head straight so that the liquid can drain freely from the nose, wipe it off with a sanitary napkin.

Precautionary measures

The solution is intended for use only by inhalation or intranasal administration.

Use by children should be supervised.

If any unusual symptoms (dizziness, allergic reactions) occur during the procedure, it is recommended to discontinue use and immediately inform a doctor.

Do not use the product if the container has been damaged.

Do not use the product after the expiration date printed on the packaging.

Do not mix with other medicines.

Adverse reactions - the preparation is usually well tolerated, in rare cases, mucosal hyperemia may occur.

Application during pregnancy or lactation - no contraindications.

The ability to influence the reaction rate when driving vehicles or other mechanisms is not affected.

Store at temperatures from +5 ° C to +30 ° C in a place protected from sunlight.
