"Nefroles" is a combined natural herbal preparation for the treatment of inflammatory kidney diseases.

Active substances

Lespedeza capitate extract has a pronounced anti-azotemic and anti-inflammatory effect. Lespedeza extract contains: catechins, which act like vitamin P, flavonoids (phenol carboxylic acids, quercetin, kaempferol, isoquercitrin, lespidin, etc.), ascorbic acid, and a number of alcoloids. Lespedeza extract is traditionally used as a diuretic for mild urinary disorders and early stages of nephritis. Lespedesa is indicated for uremia, as it significantly reduces the level of urea in the blood. Lespedeza capitata is used to treat acute and chronic (moderate) nephritis: it has analgesic, bactericidal and diuretic effects. Lespedeza enhances blood circulation in the kidneys, this strengthens previously damaged vessels, thereby restoring the function of this important organ. Lesredeza capitata reduces the concentration of toxic metabolites in the blood and increases urine output due to the active elimination of sodium ions. Lespedeza capitata has a powerful antioxidant effect, which is realized in the tissues of the kidney. The antioxidant effect prevents the development of inflammation of the renal glomeruli, reduces the threat of renal sclerosis.

Anise extract has a mild diuretic effect. Star anise seed extract contains: phenols (anethole, safrole), methylchavicol, palmitic acid, cineole (ketone), dipeptene, fellandrene (terpenes). The diuretic properties of anise are used in the treatment of diseases of the bladder, in particular cystitis and oliguria. Star anise improves the functional state of the kidneys, relieves renal colic, has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antispasmodic, disinfectant, diuretic, analgesic and sedative effects. It dissolves stones, and also promotes the removal of sand from the kidneys and bladder, relieves renal colic and enhances the effect of antibiotics.

Mode of application

Adults are prescribed to take 1-2 teaspoons 2-3 times a day before meals.
