Indications

Mild nervous tension and difficulty falling asleep.

Composition

The active substances of the preparation are dry water-alcohol extract from valerian root (Valerianae extractum hydroalcoholicum siccum) and dry extract from hop cones (Lupuli floris extractum siccum). 1 tablet contains: 100 mg of water-alcohol extract (as dry extract) from Valeriana officinalis Lsl, radix (valerian root) (3-6: 1), extractant: ethanol (70% V / V) and 32 mg of the extract (as dry extract) from Humulus lupulus L., flos (hop cones) (4-8: 1), extractant: ethanol (40% V / V). Excipients with known effect: spray-dried liquid glucose, soy lecithin, allura red AC aluminum lake (E129). The other ingredients are: colloidal anhydrous silica, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose with the addition of colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, Opadry II coating (polyvinyl alcohol, talc, titanium dioxide E171, macrogol 3350, indigo carmine aluminum lake (E132)).

Action

Hypnotics and sedatives.

Dosage

Orally, with a tablet with water. Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: in mild nervous tension: 2 coated tablets, 3 times a day, in case of difficulty falling asleep as a sleep aid: 2 coated tablets an hour before going to bed. The maximum daily dose of the preparation is 6 tablets.

Contraindications

Allergy to active substances and plants from the valerian and hemp families or any of the other ingredients of this preparation, should not be used in children under 12 years of age, it is not recommended to use the preparation with synthetic sedatives, do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, the preparation may interfere with the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery.
