Nuclex capsules are used:

• as an antiviral preparation for the prevention and treatment of ARVI and influenza;
• in the complex therapy of chronic viral hepatitis, urogenital herpes;
• as a cardioprotective agent in the complex therapy of ischemic heart disease, acute myocardial infarction, ischemic cardiomyopathy.

Structure

The active ingredient is ribonucleic acid (one capsule contains 250 mg of ribonucleic acid).

Excipients: mannitol (E 421), magnesium stearate.

Capsule composition: gelatin, titanium dioxide (E 171).

Contraindications

individual intolerance to the components of the preparation, hemoblastosis (leukemia, malignant lymphomas);

gout.

Mode of application

As a cardioprotective preparation, prescribe orally 500 mg 2-3 times a day after meals. The course of treatment is 10-15 days.

As an antiviral preparation, administer 500 mg orally to adults 2-3 times a day, before or after meals for 5-7 days, and then 250 mg 2 times a day for 7-14 days.

Prophylactically, the preparation is used orally - 250 mg before or after meals for the period of an acute respiratory viral infection and flu epidemic.

Application features

Pregnant

There is no sufficient clinical experience in the use of the preparation during pregnancy and lactation, therefore, the preparation should not be used in these categories of patients.

Children

Currently, there is not enough experience in the use of the preparation for children, therefore, Nuclex should not be prescribed for this age category of patients.

Drivers

The preparation does not affect the reaction rate when driving or operating other mechanisms.

Overdose

Overdose symptoms were not found.

Side effects

From the side of the digestive tract: with oral administration on an empty stomach, epigastric pain, dyspeptic manifestations are possible.

From the side of metabolism: an increase in the level of uric acid in blood serum.

From the immune system: hypersensitivity reactions.

Storage conditions

Store in its original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C, out of the reach of children.

Shelf life is 3 years.
