Product description

BCAA Xplode Powder is a dietary supplement containing a complex of branched chain amino acids in the form of a fruit punch flavor. It contains sweeteners.

Application

Supplementing the diet with active ingredients of the product.

Recommended intake

Dissolve 1 portion (10g of powder = 1 scoop) in 200ml of water and drink 1-2 times a day; before a meal or training session, and after training or before going to bed. Consume immediately after preparation.

Ingredients

BCAA free amino acids (30% L-leucine, 15% L-valine, 15% L-isoleucine), acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium citrates, malic acid; 10% L-glutamine, flavors, thickeners: gum arabic, xanthan gum, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; dye: E 150d (for xplosion cola flavor); sweeteners: acesulfame K, sucralose, cyclamates; anti-caking agents: calcium phosphates, silicon dioxide; emulsifier: lecithins (from soybeans); 0.02% pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), pigments: carotenes, cochineal, riboflavins, E 150c, E 150d, E 133, patent blue V, indigo carmine, chlorophylls and chlorophyllins, curcumin, anthocyanins, paprika extract, betanin, carbon vegetable.

BCAA is a revelation. Sometimes I miss a meal, it's not difficult when studying and things can happen at the last minute. This product was my lifeline to inhibit catabolism. Generally, I did not notice any wow effect in terms of gains or faster regeneration after training, however, it was influenced by my lifestyle and a diet that left something to be desired in not pouring under the collar ;-)
For sure, endurance and strength went to forward, so I will reach for BCAA more than once, trying to change these habits, so I give 4/5.
