Generally, I did not notice any wow effect in terms of gains or faster regeneration after training, however, it was influenced by my lifestyle and a diet that left something to be desired in not pouring under the collar ;-)

BCAAs are like BCAAs. Some have a better concentration / price ratio, others a worse concentration. Here it is as appropriate. I've consumed this product for a good 3 kg in the past.
