A preparation containing a highly absorbable form of magnesium in the form of the amino acid chelate Albion (magnesium diglycinate) in an increased dose, enriched with vitamin B6. Magnesium is involved in the proper functioning of muscles, protein synthesis and maintaining electrolyte balance, as well as healthy bones and teeth. Together with vitamin B6, it is responsible for the proper functioning of the nervous system, proper psychological functions and energy metabolism, as well as the reduction of fatigue.

Recommended intake

1-2 capsules a day after a meal and / or about 1 hour before going to bed with plenty of water, or otherwise after consulting a doctor.

Ingredients

Magnesium bisglycinate (Albion magnesium amino acid chelate), anti-caking agent: magnesium oxide, maltodextrin, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), capsule (gelatin, dye: E171).

1 capsule contains: magnesium 250 mg (66%) *, vitamin B6 2 mg (143%).
