Product description

Overin injection solution is indicated for treatment (as part of complex therapy):

• influenza and other acute respiratory viral diseases, including against the background of immunodeficiency states;
• infections caused by the virus Herres simplex, Varicella zooster, Herres simplex genitalis, including those with impaired immune system;
• cytomegalovirus infection in persons with immunodeficiency;
• radiation immunodeficiency;
• HIV infection;
• encephalitis and encephalomyelitis of viral etiology;
• acute and chronic hepatitis B and C;
• urethritis, epididymitis, prostatitis, cervicitis and salpingitis of chlamydial etiology;
• lymphogranuloma venereum;
• oncological diseases;
• multiple sclerosis;
• candidal lesions of the skin and mucous membranes;
• human papillomavirus infection.

Compound

Active ingredient: sodium oxodihydroacridinyl acetate;

1 ml of solution contains sodium oxodihydroacridinyl acetate 125 mg;

Excipients: sodium citrate; citric acid, monohydrate; water for injections.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the preparation.

Autoimmune diseases.

Pregnancy and lactation.

Childhood.

Renal dysfunction (CC <30 ml / min).

Mode of application

Overin® is administered to adults intramuscularly at 250 mg (1 ampoule) or 4-6 mg per kg of body weight. If necessary, a single dose of Overin® can be increased to

500 mg.

The course of treatment consists of 5-7 injections of the preparation Overin® at a dose of 250 mg with an interval of 48 hours, the course dose depends on the clinical situation and the nature of the disease. The duration of the course of treatment is 8-12 days.

The prophylactic dose is 250 mg (1 ampoule). With long-term use (from 3 to 12 months), the recommended interval between injections of Overin® is 3-7 days.

In case of HIV infection, the solution of the preparation Overin® is used in combination with specific antiviral preparations. The course of treatment consists of 10 injections of 250 mg each, with an interval of 48 hours between injections. After the course of treatment, take a break for 2 months. It is possible to use repeated courses according to indications.

Overdose

There is no information on preparation overdose.

Side effects

There may be local pain at the injection site, which quickly passes. Low-grade fever, allergic reactions (including anaphylactic reactions) may occur.

In isolated cases, the appearance of an allergic reaction in the form of skin rashes is possible.

Interaction

During clinical studies and use in clinical practice, there were no cases of incompatibility or potentiation of the preparations action when interacting with other preparations.

Storage conditions

Store in original packaging, out of reach of children, protected from moisture and light, at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C.

Do not use after the expiration date printed on the package.
