Indications

Polygynax

Treatment of vaginitis caused by susceptible organisms, including:

bacterial vaginitis caused by banal pyogenic microflora;
recurrent nonspecific vaginitis;
vaginitis caused by fungi of the genus Candida;
vaginitis caused by mixed infection.

In order to prevent infectious complications, Poligynax is recommended to be used before any surgical intervention on the genitals, before abortion, when installing an intrauterine system, before and after diathermocoagulation of the cervix, before intrauterine and intraurethral examinations, before childbirth.

Polygynax Virgo

Treatment of vaginitis, vulvovaginitis, bacterial, fungal or mixed cervicitis, which are caused by flora sensitive to the components of the preparation, in virgins.

Application

Polygynax for adults is prescribed intravaginally 1 capsule per day in the evening before bedtime. course of treatment - 12 days. prophylactic course - 6 days. the preparation can be used during menstruation.

Poligynax Virgo is prescribed 1 capsule in the evening before bedtime for 6 days in a row. It is necessary to incise the pointed end of the capsule with scissors and insert the contents of the capsule intravaginally. Do not stop treatment during menstruation.

Side effects

When using the preparation in recommended doses, the risk of side effects is minimal. side effects of aminoglycosides are noted very rarely with vaginal use. with local application of the preparation, allergic reactions (anaphylactic shock, urticaria), local irritation reactions and contact dermatitis occur in some cases.
