Product description

Prenatal DHA is a dietary supplement containing the formula of omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA) and vitamin E.

Application

Supplementing the diet with active ingredients of the product, the preparation can be used in the second trimester of pregnancy and during breastfeeding.

Recommended intake

Take 1 or 2 capsules daily with a meal. In case of increased demand, the method of use should be consulted with a doctor.

Components

Fish oil (anchovies, sardines, mackerel), DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate, humectant: glycerol, gelatin, antioxidant: mixed tocopherols.

1 capsule contains: vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) 5.85mg (48.7%) *, DHA (docosahexaenoic acid from fish oil) 300mg (75-50%) *, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid from fish oil) 35mg.

2 capsules contain: vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) 11.7mg (97.5%) *, DHA (docosahexaenoic acid from fish oil) 600mg (100-150%) *, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid from fish oil) 70mg.

The quality leaves much to be desired. The composition of fish oil ... whatever that means - on the Internet it has already been specified that it is made of tuna. But it doesn't write on the package, so it's not known. I have already used these capsules and I was surprised by the color. The previous ones were dark yellow, and the ones I ordered from gemini came pale yellow. As if they had worse content and I think it is so, such a batch of product. For this price, you can buy a much better product from the competition, which can have linseed or rapeseed oil, which is equally valuable and it is definitely this oil.

I tried many different preparations with omega acids. I finally returned to this position and I will stay with it - no other preparation gave such effects visible to the naked eye;) Improvement of the condition of hair and skin, overall "nice appearance" - in my opinion, this is the merit of this preparation. When I switched to other pills (I was breastfeeding for 2 years), my appearance became hmm poor with time;) Now, when I returned to Prenatal dha, after a month I look younger again! Case?
