Product description

Pueria Uno is a dietary supplement intended for women planning pregnancy and pregnant women up to the 12th week. It has the form of capsules:

with vitamins and minerals,

with DHA acid.

The Pueria Uno dietary supplement contains ingredients - folic acid, vitamin D, iodine, DHA, which, according to the guidelines of the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians, are recommended for supplementation in pregnant women *. The preparation additionally contains choline, vitamin B6 and B12.

Foils:

folic acid is present in the supplement in two chemical forms - calcium L-methylfolate and pteroylmonoglutamic acid,

contribute to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy,

take part in the process of cell division,

help in the proper production of blood.

Vitamin D:

participates in the process of cell division,

helps maintain healthy teeth and bones, and the correct level of calcium in the blood,

helps in the proper functioning of the immune system.

Vitamin B6:

contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity,

helps in the proper synthesis of cysteine, in maintaining the proper metabolism of homocysteine.

Vitamin B12:

helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system,

contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Choline:

contributes to the maintenance of normal fat metabolism,

helps in the proper functioning of the liver.

Iodine:

helps in the proper production of thyroid hormones and its proper functioning,

contributes to maintaining proper energy metabolism,

helps in maintaining proper cognitive functions.

DHA:

obtained as a result of a patented technology that ensures exceptional quality and purity, from small anchovies with a high content of omega-3 fatty acids,

Women planning pregnancy and pregnant up to 12 weeks: 2 capsules a day: 1 capsule with vitamins and minerals + 1 capsule with DHA.

Capsules with vitamins and minerals: choline bitartrate; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule); vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5-phosphate); folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate); folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid); iodine (potassium iodide); vitamin D (cholecalciferol); vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

DHA capsules: fish omega-3 triglycerides (including DHA and EPA); beef gelatin (capsule); humectant: glycerol.

folic acid 800 µg (400%) * with: calcium L-methylfolate 400 µg (400%) *, pteroylmonoglutamic acid 400 µg (400%) *; vitamin D 50 µg (1000%) *, vitamin B12 2.6 µg (104%) *, vitamin B6 1.9 mg (136%) *, iodine 200 µg (133%) *, choline 130 mg.
