Rubiepharm was founded in Steinau an der Straße in the early 1960s. In the Brothers Grimm city, which is steeped in tradition, the company has developed into a proven know-how carrier in the field of semi-solid moulds.

Today, Rubiepharm is above all a full service provider in the field of contract manufacturing for its partners and offers a large number of tailor-made services.

The RubiePharm company acts as a contract manufacturer for ointments.

Emphasis is placed on the efficiency of contract manufacturing.

Food supplements are also filled.

The range of services includes the procurement of materials including the testing of the respective materials or packaging.

Customized print images are created. All foils are both printed and thermoformed. The suppository tubes are also filled. This is followed by cutting into bars and packaging, including instructions for use and folding boxes.

Printing on both sides, including in colour, is also possible.

Manual assembly is part of the service. This is carried out if the instructions for use are missing or have to be exchanged. Other reasons are faulty folding boxes or the incorrect designation of the batches, including rearrangements.

The company was founded in early 1960 by Kurt Merz under the company name Jossa Arznei. In 1995 the company was sold to RubiePharm by the owner Rudolf Biegl as a former team member. In 2016 it was taken over by Walter Ritter. This company, in turn, has belonged to the pharmaceutical company Cheplapharm since 2008 and is therefore a German company based in Mesekenhagen. The focus is on the distribution of worldwide branded pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements as well as medical products including cosmetics. (fi)
