Sambucus contains a composition of two carefully selected, standardized elderberry extracts. Recommended daily intake:
Children aged 1-6:
5-10 ml daily (1 teaspoon 1-2 times a day).

10-25ml a day (1 teaspoon 2-5 times a day).
