Sen Apotex is a dietary supplement that contains melatonin, hop cone extract, lemon balm, magnesium, vitamin B6, vitamin D and vitamin A. Melatonin helps to shorten the time needed to fall asleep (a beneficial effect occurs when consuming 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed) and reduces the subjective feelings associated with changing the time zone (a beneficial effect occurs when consuming 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for the next few days after arriving at the destination). Hops have a soothing effect on the nervous system, has relaxing and relaxing properties. Lemon balm helps to reduce anxiety and irritability. Magnesium and vitamin B6 reduce the feeling of fatigue and weariness, help in the proper functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium and vitamin D help maintain healthy teeth.
