SINUPRET 50 TABLETS

Sinupret is used as an auxiliary in acute and chronic inflammation of the sinuses, upper and lower respiratory tract and as a complementary preparation in antibiotic therapy.

Dosage

Coated tablets: Adults: usually orally three times a day, two coated tablets. School-age children (from 6 years): orally, usually three times daily, one sugar-coated tablet. In special cases, the dose can be doubled. The tablets should be swallowed whole with a little water.

Action

It dilutes mucus giving an effect that reduces the swelling of the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract

indications

Sinupret is used to support acute and chronic sinusitis.

Side effects

Gastrointestinal disorders: gastrointestinal disorders, e.g. abdominal pain, nausea (frequency not known - cannot be estimated from the available data). Immune system disorders: hypersensitivity reactions - rash, erythema, pruritus, angioedema, dyspnoea, facial edema (frequency not known - cannot be estimated from the available data). Pregnancy and breastfeeding

Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine. Caution should be exercised when using this medicine during pregnancy. Do not use during breast-feeding.

Use of the preparation in children and adolescents

Tell your doctor if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription. The concomitant use of other expectorants is not recommended.
