Biotin, riboflavin and vitamin A help maintain healthy skin. Zinc helps maintain healthy hair and nails. Vitamin B6 helps in the proper synthesis of cysteine, an amino acid necessary for the proper structure of the hair. The preparation is intended for adults, recommended to supplement the diet with vitamins A, B1, B2, B5, B6, C, biotin and zinc.
