Application
Supplementing the diet with ingredients contained in the supplement.
Recommended intake
Adults: 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal or according to iron recommendations.
Components
Iron (iron diglycinate), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable capsule shell: (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate.
1 capsule contains: active substances: iron (ferrous diglycinate) 20 mg (143%) *.

Important tips
Store in a dry and sunless place, away from sources of heat and moisture, at a room temperature of 15-30 degrees Celsius.
