Sudafed XyloSpray HA 0.1% is a preparation indicated for use to reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa in acute mucositis, vasomotor mucositis and allergic rhinitis. Facilitating the outflow of secretions in inflammation of the paranasal sinuses and in inflammation of the eustachian tube of the middle ear combined with a cold. Sudafed XyloSpray HA is intended for use in adults and children over 6 years of age.

Sudafed XyloSpray HA with hyaluronic acid (in the form of sodium salt) unblocks the nose and sinuses in adults and children over 6 years of age. It contains as many as three moisturizing substances. It does not contain preservatives, so it does not irritate the nasal mucosa.

Xylometazoline - the active substance of Sudafed XyloSpray HA, is a vasoconstrictor, which reduces the swelling of the nasal mucosa. The onset of action of the preparation occurs within 2 minutes after administration. Reducing the swelling of the mucous membrane makes it easier to breathe through the nose and facilitates the outflow of secretions.

Sudafed XyloSpray HA contains hyaluronic acid in the form of sodium salt as an excipient, which protects and moisturizes the nasal mucosa.

The active substance is xylometazoline hydrochloride. 1 ml of Sudafed XyloSpray HA solution contains 1 mg of xylometazoline hydrochloride. The other ingredients are: sodium hyaluronate, sorbitol, glycerol, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, disodium phosphate dihydrate, sodium chloride, water for injections.

Sudafed XyloSpray HA is intended only for intranasal administration (also in eustachian tube inflammation). Adults and children over 6 years of age: 1 spray in each nostril up to 3 times a day. Do not administer more than 3 doses into each nostril per day. Should not be used in infants and children under 6 years of age. Do not use doses higher than recommended. Sudafed XyloSpray HA should not be used for longer than 7 days unless your doctor tells you otherwise. You can start taking the preparation again after a break of several days. Please consult your doctor regarding the period of use of the medicine in children.
