Active ingredients

Magnesium is directly involved in the functioning of the nervous, cardiovascular and endocrine systems. Participates in the regulation of the transmission of nerve impulses and in muscle contraction, in most metabolic reactions, promotes the production and consumption of energy, plays an important physiological role in maintaining ionic balance. Magnesium deficiency manifests itself in the form of neuromuscular disorders (muscle weakness, tremors, convulsions), cardiac arrhythmias (extrasystole, tachycardia) and disturbances in the activity of the gastrointestinal tract (pain, spasms).

The vitamin complex includes riboflavin (B2), thiamine (B1) and pyridoxine (B6).
