Kendy Ltd
1992 – Kendy Ltd starts its activities as producer and distributor of instant drinks. Step instant drinks appears on the market.
1996 – Enlarging the capacity of production facilities by opening a new line for effervescent tablets. Entering the OTC market.
2000 – Registering a daughter company Lactina Ltd. – biotechnological factory for developing and production of probiotic strains – the largest on the Balkans
2006 – Opening a second factory for production of OTC products, effervescent tablets, hard tablets, capsules and other tablet forms. Factory is located near Bankya.
2010 – Renovation of the factory in Bankya. Part of the equipment was replaced with newer machines, the laboratory was rebuilt.

Kendy Ltd is based in Bankya – small resort city no 3 km from the capital Sofia. Here are the based main production facilities, sales department – local and import, administration and management. Here we produce leading brands such as Step, Frutti, Picantina. The factory meets the requirements of European Union.
