For the treatment of cognitive disorders due to impaired brain function, including primary degenerative dementia, vascular dementia and mixed forms, with such main symptoms as: memory impairment, decreased attention, depressive mood, dizziness, tinnitus and headache; to increase the distance that the patient can overcome without pain within the framework of physiotherapeutic procedures, namely during walking training for violations of arterial peripheral circulation of the II degree according to Fontaine (painful convulsions, intermittent claudication, paresthesia of the lower extremities, etc.); dizziness, tinnitus of vascular and involutional origin.

For dementia, take 1 tablet (corresponding to 120 mg of ginkgo extract) 2 times a day.

In violation of arterial peripheral circulation and to increase the distance that the patient can overcome without pain - 1 tablet 1-2 times a day.

In case of dizziness, tinnitus of vascular and involutional origin, take 1 tablet 1-2 times a day.

Coated tablets are taken orally, without chewing, with a small amount of liquid in the morning and evening (2 times a day). Reception of tablets does not depend on food intake.

In dementia, the duration of treatment depends on the severity of the symptoms and should be at least 8 weeks. After 3 months of treatment, it is necessary to check whether further treatment is justified.

In violation of arterial peripheral circulation, the minimum period of treatment is 6 weeks.

With dizziness after 6-8 weeks of treatment, as a rule, further reduction in the severity of symptoms should not be expected.

With tinnitus, the duration of treatment should be at least 12 weeks. If improvement does not occur after 6 months, further relief of symptoms should not be expected.

Children. The preparation is not recommended for children.

Hypersensitivity to ginkgo biloba extract or any of the components of the preparation.

In rare cases, there may be disorders of the digestive system, headache or allergic skin reactions, namely: redness, swelling, itching.

After long-term treatment with ginkgo preparations, bleeding occurred in some cases, the causal relationship of which with the use of these preparations has not been proven.
