Structure
1 ml of suspension contains (active ingredients):
tobramycin - 3.0 mg;

Excipients: benzalkonium chloride, disodium edetate, sodium chloride, sodium sulfate anhydrous, tyloxapol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, sulfuric acid and / or sodium hydroxide, water for injection.
Contraindications

Mode of application
For ophthalmic use.
Use for adults, including elderly patients, and children from 12 to 18 years old
Instill one or two drops into the conjunctival sac (s) every 4-6 hours. During the first 24 to 48 hours, the dose can be increased to one or two drops every 2 hours. The frequency of use of the preparation should be gradually reduced with the improvement of clinical signs.
You should be careful not to stop therapy prematurely.
In severe diseases, instill one or two drops every hour until the inflammation becomes controlled, and gradually reduce the frequency of use to one or two drops every 2 hours for 3 days; after that, instill 1-2 drops every 4 hours for 5-8 days and at the end - 1-2 drops every day for the last 5-8 days, if necessary.
After cataract surgery, the dose is one drop 4 times a day, starting from the day of the operation and continuing for 24 days. Treatment can be started the day before the operation, one drop 4 times a day, continuing to instill one drop after the operation, and then 4 times a day for 23 days. If necessary, the frequency of use of the preparation can be increased to one drop every 2 hours during the first two days of therapy.
It is recommended to constantly monitor intraocular pressure.
It is recommended to press on the nasolacrimal opening and carefully close the eyelids after instillation. This reduces the systemic absorption of the preparation injected into the eye, which reduces the likelihood of systemic side effects.
Application for children
The data obtained confirm the safety and efficacy of using the preparation in children from 1 year old, who have been using the preparation for 7 days for the treatment of superficial inflammation of the eye of bacterial origin.
It can be used for children who need to undergo surgery to remove cataracts.

Shake well before use.
To prevent contamination of the edge of the dropper and the contents of the bottle, care must be taken not to touch the eyelids, adjacent areas and other surfaces with the edge of the dropper bottle.
