Indications

Traditional herbal medicinal product for use in mild nervous tension and as a sleep aid.

Composition

1 ml (0.9 g) of oral fluid contains: 1 ml tincture of valerian root (Valerianae tincture). (DE 1: 4,5-5). Extractant: ethanol 70% (v / v). The preparation contains 63-69% (v / v) alcohol.

Calming.

Dosage

Adults, the elderly and adolescents from 12 years of age with symptoms of nervous tension: 2-3 ml of fluid 4 times a day, in case of difficulty falling asleep - a single dose of 2-3 ml of fluid 1 to 1/2 hour before falling asleep, if necessary it is recommended to take an additional dose beforehand. Do not exceed 4 doses of the preparation a day (4 times 2-3 ml). It is recommended to take a measured dose of the preparation with a small amount of liquid (e.g. 1/4 glass of water).

Contraindications

Do not use the preparation in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. Harmful for people suffering from alcoholism. It is not recommended for children under 12 years of age and for people at high risk such as patients with liver disease and epilepsy. It is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The preparation may limit the ability to drive and use machines. Due to the alcohol content and the lack of safety data, the preparation is not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age.
