Adults and children from 14 years of age: 1 capsule 4 times a day 30 minutes before meals and at night or 2 capsules 2 times a day.

For children aged 8 to 14 years, take 1 capsule 2 times a day 30 minutes before meals.

Children aged 4 to 8 years should be prescribed at a dose of 8 mg / kg / day, dividing the daily dose into 2 doses, but not more than 2 capsules per day.

The duration of the course of treatment is 4–8 weeks. For 8 weeks, you should not take preparations containing bismuth.

In the presence of Helicobacter pylori, use Vis-Nol in anti-Helicobacter therapy regimens as prescribed by a doctor. In quadruple therapy, a combination of Vis-Nol 120 mg 4 times a day with tetracycline 500 mg 4 times a day, metronidazole 500 mg 3 times a day and a proton pump inhibitor (omeprazole, lansoprazole, pantoprazole or esomeprazole) at a standard therapeutic dose 2 times a day is recommended. day. The duration of combination therapy is 10-14 days.

To improve the regeneration of the ulcer, further treatment with Vis-Nol is possible: 1 capsule 4 times a day 30 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner, the 4th time - before bedtime. The total duration of Vis-Nol therapy is up to 6 weeks (maximum 8 weeks).
