The product is good and effective because it is properly composed, i.e. it has the amount of magnesium and vitamin D3 in one calcium tablet that allows it to be well absorbed by the body. Especially recommended for elderly people at risk of osteoporosis.

The composition includes - unfortunately! - a dye that no one needs: titanium dioxide, very harmful in a way. It would be much nicer to swallow capsules WITHOUT a harmful chemical that is unnecessary for humans. Even at the cost of the natural color of the components, e.g. gray-gray.

I am very pleased with my purchase. Undoubtedly, the biggest advantage of the product is its price - much lower than the prices in Atek, which is near my place of residence. I also appreciate the short delivery time.
