Zest Pozitiv are two-layer tablets with separate release: the “fast” (blue) layer containing Griffonia extract dissolves quickly; The "prolonged" layer (white), with L-tryptophan and vitamins, provides a gradual release of the constituents. The patented MULTI-LAYER® technology by SIIT Srl, Italy, used in the production of ZEST Pozitiv bilayer tablets, is specially designed to ensure maximum bioavailability and improve the absorption of the components through action throughout the day.
Active ingredients
The action of ZEST POZITIV is due to the characteristics of the components that make up it:
Dry extract of Griffonia simplicifolia is a natural source of 5-hydroxytryptophan, which is directly involved in the synthesis of serotonin - the "hormone of happiness". Serotonin is responsible for the regulation of mood, prevents the development of depression and anxiety, has a positive effect on the control of emotions and appetite, support for healthy sleep, cognitive function, normal functioning of the nervous system and sexual activity.
L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid that is used in the human body for the biosynthesis of serotonin, melatonin and niacin (vitamin PP), for the creation of muscle proteins, antibodies of the immune system, normalizes the functioning of the nervous system and digestion, increases the ability to resist stress, and improves sleep. As a precursor to serotonin, tryptophan has an antidepressant effect on the body. Helps relieve hyperactivity and obsessional states, anxiety, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. As a precursor to melatonin, tryptophan helps to improve sleep patterns and normal sleep patterns.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the synthesis of cysteine, the metabolism of homocysteine, protein and glycogen, as well as energy metabolism, the formation of red blood cells. Promotes the functioning of the nervous and immune systems, reduces fatigue. Participates in the regulation of hormonal activity.

L-tryptophan and Gryphonia in Zest Pozitiv are a source of 5-hydroxytryptophan, the basis of endogenous serotonin synthesis. Vitamin B6 improves the function of enzymes, transforms 5-hydroxytryptophan into serotonin.
Serotonin is responsible for the regulation / stabilization of mood, while vitamin PP inhibits the activation of alternative pathways of L-tryptophan metabolism.
