Active ingredients

The action of ZEST POZITIV is due to the characteristics of the components that make up it:
Dry extract of Griffonia simplicifolia is a natural source of 5-hydroxytryptophan, which is directly involved in the synthesis of serotonin - the "hormone of happiness". Serotonin is responsible for the regulation of mood, prevents the development of depression and anxiety, has a positive effect on the control of emotions and appetite, support for healthy sleep, cognitive function, normal functioning of the nervous system and sexual activity.
L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid that is used in the human body for the biosynthesis of serotonin, melatonin and niacin (vitamin PP), for the creation of muscle proteins, antibodies of the immune system, normalizes the functioning of the nervous system and digestion, increases the ability to resist stress, and improves sleep. As a precursor to serotonin, tryptophan has an antidepressant effect on the body. Helps relieve hyperactivity and obsessional states, anxiety, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. As a precursor to melatonin, tryptophan helps to improve sleep patterns and normal sleep patterns.
