ZzzQuil Natura Melatonin is a dietary supplement in the form of jellies containing melatonin, vitamin B6 and natural extracts of chamomile, valerian and lavender. Melatonin helps in shortening the time needed to fall asleep, and its beneficial effects occur when 1 mg of melatonin is consumed shortly before going to bed. In addition, vitamin B6 helps in maintaining proper psychological functions and helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system. The dietary supplement does not contain artificial flavors, dyes, sweeteners and preservatives. Gluten-free, lactose-free.
