Indications

Short-term as a preparation that reduces airway secretion and facilitates its expectoration in patients with symptoms of infection in the upper respiratory tract.

Composition

1 effervescent tablet contains: active substance: 100 mg of acetylcysteine ​​and excipients: anhydrous citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, anhydrous sodium carbonate, mannitol, anhydrous lactose, ascorbic acid, sodium citrate dihydrate, sodium dihydrate saccharin, blackberry flavor "B".

Action

The preparation reduces the viscosity of bronchial secretions, stimulates its secretion and facilitates expectoration.

Dosage

Children and adolescents over 14 years of age: 2 effervescent tablets 2-3 times a day; children from 7 to 14 years of age: 1 effervescent tablet 4 times a day or 2 effervescent tablets 2 times a day; children from 3 to 6 years of age: 1 effervescent tablet 2-3 times a day. Do not use the preparation in children under 3 years of age. Do not use the preparation for more than 4-5 days, unless your doctor tells you otherwise. Do not use at bedtime.

Contraindications

Allergy to the preparation ingredients, active gastric or duodenal ulcer disease, acute asthmatic state, pregnant and breastfeeding women, in children under 6 years of age.
