Andipal-forte tablets are indicated for pain syndrome associated with vasospasm or smooth muscles of internal organs.

Active ingredients: 1 tablet contains:

Excipients: potato starch, calcium stearate, talc.

Hypersensitivity to the components of the blood disease preparation - agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia, neutropenia; hepatoporphyria, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, coma, respiratory depression, broncho-obstructive syndrome, hemolytic anemia, AV block, glaucoma, pregnancy, lactation, childhood.

Adults and children over 12 years of age take 1 tablet orally 2 times a day.

The maximum daily dose is 3 tablets.

The course of treatment depends on the nature and course of the disease, the effect achieved, the nature of complex pharmacotherapy, is used, but the duration of treatment should not exceed 3 days.

Not recommended for use during pregnancy and lactation.

Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

During treatment, you should avoid driving and operating machinery.

Symptoms: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, pain in the gastrointestinal tract, heart palpitations, moderate shortness of breath, tinnitus, drowsiness, oliguria. With prolonged use in high doses: impaired liver function, neutropenia, hemorrhagic syndrome, convulsions and impaired consciousness are possible.

Treatment. Gastric lavage, intake of sorbents, saline laxatives, forced diuresis. Seek medical attention if convulsions occur.

Allergic reactions: urticaria, conjunctivitis, Quincke's edema, in rare cases - Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Lyell's syndrome, bronchospastic syndrome and anaphylactic shock.

With simultaneous use with antispasmodics, sedatives, diuretics, the hypotensive effect is enhanced. The preparation reduces the effect of dopegit, increases the hypoglycemic activity of oral antidiabetic preparations, enhances the effect of ethanol, indirect anticoagulants, glucocorticosteroids (GCS) and indomethacin. When used simultaneously with cyclosporine, the concentration of the latter in the blood decreases.
