Aqua Maris® Baby Intensive Rinse is intended for application to the nasal mucosa to effectively rinse and remove secretions.

An isotonic solution of sea water, when applied to the mucous membrane, ensures its normal physiological state, helps to liquefy mucus and normalize its production in the goblet cells of the mucous membrane.

A jet of solution under pressure thoroughly rinses all parts of the nasal cavity and nasopharynx, actively cleansing them of excess mucus, viruses, bacteria, foreign particles, incl. allergens, dense exudate (crusts).

The trace elements that make up the solution improve the function of the ciliated epithelium, have an anti-inflammatory, cleansing, stimulating, restorative effect on the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity. The combined action of the beneficial microelements of sea water provides a therapeutic effect.

Reduces swelling of the nasal and nasopharyngeal mucosa.

Reduces the risk of local complications and accelerates the healing process after operations in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses (including removal of adenoids, polyps, septoplasty).

Increases the therapeutic efficacy of preparations applied to the nasal mucosa (vasoconstrictor preparations, hormones, inhaled corticosteroids, antiallergic preparations, and others).

Reduces the need for topical nasal preparations.

When you press the nozzle, the solution is distributed in the form of an aerosol.

The special “anatomical” tip with rounded applicator makes it easy to use for babies, young children and adults. A special corrugated surface with a limiter makes it possible to carry out a uniform intensive spraying of the "shower" type, and a tight connection with the nozzle prevents the solution from flowing out. The nebulization system is specially designed to provide the most effective irrigation, while the procedure itself is comfortable for the patient.

The agent is used intranasally.

Aqua Maris® Baby Intensive washing is used in babies from 3 months.

It is recommended 1-2 injections into each nasal passage several times a day (2-6 times / day) and more if necessary.

The term of application is not limited.

Mode of application

Nasal lavage in a young child is carried out in the supine position.

Turn the child's head to one side.

Insert the tip of the balloon into the upper nasal passage. Rinse the nasal cavity for a few seconds. Repeat the procedure if necessary.

Carry out the procedure with a different nasal passage.
