Indications:

Dezaftan med lozenges are an antiseptic and local anesthetic medicinal product with the addition of zinc for the use of:

• in inflammation of the oral cavity;
• in gingivitis;
• in infections and ulcers of the oral mucosa (aphthas, thrush), including those resulting from injuries caused by orthodontic appliances and dental prostheses.

Properties:

Dezaftan med is an antiseptic and local anesthetic that works on problems in the oral cavity - inflammation, gingivitis, canker sores or mechanical injuries. Dezaftan med quickly anesthetizes the painful place, bringing relief already after about 1 minute from application. It has antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties. Thanks to the convenient form of lozenges, it works on the entire oral cavity.

Ingredients:

Each lozenge contains 1.5 mg of cetylpyridinium chloride, 1.0 mg of lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate and 17.42 mg of zinc gluconate (corresponding to 2.5 mg of zinc ions).

Use:

The tablet should be sucked slowly in the mouth. It should not be chewed or swallowed.

Recommended dose

Adults:

suck one tablet slowly every 1 or 2 hours. Do not exceed the dose of 8 tablets a day.

Children over 6 years of age:

suck one tablet slowly every 2 or 3 hours. Do not exceed the dose of 6 tablets a day.

Important information:

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation.
