Erlis is a preparation for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. 

Treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult men. The preparation is effective for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in the presence of sexual stimulation.

1 tablet contains 20 mg of tadalafil;

excipients: tablet core: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone K 30, poloxamer, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium croscarmellose, anhydrous colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate;

20 mg tablet shell: polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide (E 171), macrogol, talc, iron oxide yellow (E 172), iron oxide red (E 172).

Hypersensitivity to tadalafil or to any other component of the preparation .

Tadalafil should not be used in men with heart disease for whom sexual activity is undesirable.

Patients with myocardial infarction in the last 90 days.

Patients with unstable angina or angina that occurs during intercourse.

The recommended dose is 10 mg before anticipated sexual activity, regardless of meals. Patients in whom tadalafil at a dose of 10 mg does not have an adequate effect can be used at a dose of 20 mg.

The preparation can be taken 30 minutes before sexual activity. 

The maximum recommended frequency of administration is once a day.

Tadalafil 10 and 20 mg is intended for use before anticipated sexual activity and is not recommended for daily use.

Before using the preparation, the doctor should take a medical history and conduct an examination of the patient's physical condition, determine the potential causes of erectile dysfunction and benign prostatic hyperplasia and prescribe an appropriate course of treatment.

Erlis is not indicated for use in women.

There are no data on the use of tadalafil in children for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.

The effect of tadalafil on the ability to drive machines and mechanisms is insignificant. Although the frequency of reports of dizziness phenomena during placebo clinical trials and during clinical trials with tadalafil was similar, patients should know how Erlis affects them before driving vehicles or working with other mechanisms.

With a single use by healthy volunteers of tadalafil at a dose of up to 500 mg and with repeated use of tadalafil by patients up to 100 mg / day, undesirable effects were similar to those observed with lower doses of the preparation.

From the immune system: hypersensitivity reactions, angioedema.

From the nervous system: headache, dizziness, cerebrovascular accident (including hemorrhagic phenomena), loss of consciousness, transient ischemic attack, migraine, convulsions, transient amnesia

On the part of the organs of vision: blurred vision, a feeling of pain in the eyes, defects in the visual field, swelling of the eyelids.

On the part of the organs of hearing and balance: ringing in the ears, sudden hearing loss.
