Pharmacodynamics. Complex homeopathic preparation for the treatment of diseases of the genitourinary system. has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antispasmodic effect. normalizes the function of the detrusor of the bladder. eliminates urinary disorders and discomfort in the urinary tract area.

Pharmacokinetics. Has not been studied.

Chronic cystitis, urethritis, prostatitis and other inflammatory diseases of the genitourinary system; benign prostatic hyperplasia; acute and chronic urinary retention; urinary incontinence; enuresis; pyelonephritis, urolithiasis, renal colic.

In chronic disease, the initial dose is 5-10 drops 1-3 times a day. in case of insufficient effectiveness of treatment, the dose should be increased to 15 drops 3 times a day. the duration of therapy is determined individually, but it should be at least 4–6 weeks.

In acute cases, appoint 5-10 drops every 30-60 minutes, but no more than 12 times a day. With a decrease in the severity of inflammatory phenomena, the dose is reduced to 10 drops 3 times a day, in this dose the preparation is taken for 1 month.

In the future, they switch to taking the preparation in a maintenance dose - 10 drops once a day or every other day for a long time.

Drops are taken 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after a meal on a piece of sugar or bread, slowly dissolving them, or with a sip of water, keeping it in your mouth as long as possible.

Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation, children under 12 years of age, during pregnancy and lactation.

Allergic reactions are possible.

After taking the first dose of the preparation, a short-term increase in the severity of the main symptoms of the disease is possible (the homeopathic effect of the first dose). in this case, it is necessary to temporarily reduce the dose or frequency of taking the preparation. the first signs of improvement are noted 1 week after the start of treatment.

Due to its alcohol content, the administration of the preparation to pregnant women and children under 12 years of age should be limited. In the recommended doses, the preparation does not affect psychomotor reactions when driving vehicles and working with potentially dangerous mechanisms, however, the alcohol content in the preparation should be taken into account. Smoking, drinking alcohol and tonic drinks (coffee, tea) weaken the effect of homeopathic remedies.

Cases of incompatibility with other preparations have not been described.

The use of the preparation in an overdose, especially in children, can cause alcohol intoxication.
