Indications

Fever of various origins (also in the course of viral infections; pain of various origins of mild to moderate intensity (also earaches occurring in inflammation of the middle ear); for children from 3 months of age.

Composition

5 ml of suspension contains: active substance: 200 mg ibuprofen and excipients: hypromellose, xanthan gum, glycerol (E422), sodium benzoate (E211), liquid maltitol (E965), sodium citrate, citric acid monohydrate, sodium saccharin (E954), sodium chloride , strawberry flavor, purified water.

Action

Analgesic, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory.

Dosage

Orally; the dose is determined according to the patient's body weight and age, the usual single dose of ibuprofen is 7-10 mg / kg, up to a maximum daily dose of 30 mg / kg, divided into 3 to 4 single doses. The minimum interval between doses is 6 hours. The maximum daily dose should not be exceeded. For accurate dosing, a dispenser in the form of a syringe is included in the package.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or any of the excipients of the product and to other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory preparations; in patients with a history of allergy symptoms such as runny nose , urticaria or bronchial asthma after taking acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory preparations; peptic ulcer, gastric and / or duodenal bleeding; severe liver failure; severe renal failure; severe heart failure; people taking concomitant non-steroidal anti-inflammatory preparations; in patients with bleeding from the cerebral vessels or other active bleeding; in patients with hemorrhagic diathesis or with unexplained disorders of the haematopoietic system; severe dehydration (caused by vomiting, diarrheaor insufficient fluid intake); III trimester of pregnancy.
