Jasnum is a dietary supplement that is a carefully selected combination of standardized plant extracts, vitamins and minerals. The composition of active ingredients has been developed to supplement the diet and support women in the menopausal period. Red clover, also known as meadow clover (Trifolium pratense), is a wild plant, commonly considered a weed. However, it cannot be denied its valuable pro-health properties. Red clover is a natural source of polyphenols, and its use in the form of extracts is used primarily to support the proper functioning of the woman's body in a special period of her life, i.e. in the menopause. This plant also contributes to the maintenance of the health of the heart and the entire circulatory system.

Red clover in combination with vitamin D helps maintain healthy bones. Each night capsule of Jasnum is 1 mg of melatonin. This is the amount consumed shortly before bedtime helps to reduce the amount of time it takes to fall asleep. In addition, hops are a plant that supports healthy sleep and has a calming effect. Hop cones also help you get through the menopause.
