KIKGEL

The KIKGEL company is the only producer of sterile hydrogel dressings of the Aqua-Gel®, BurnTec®, HydroAid®, Neoheal® brand, manufactured on the basis of an innovative technology developed at the Lodz University of Technology. It was founded by MSc. Mirosława Kik, a graduate of the Faculty of Chemistry at the Lodz University of Technology. For many years, our dressings have been recognized by specialists in the treatment of wounds and are widely used in hospitals and clinics in the country and abroad. The production of hydrogel dressings is carried out in accordance with the principles of GMP (a standard of good manufacturing practice), and the production conditions are controlled by the recognized notified body TÜV NORD.

Since 2002, KIKGEL has had a certified quality management system based on international ISO 13485 standards, and all our products meet the requirements of the European Directive on medical devices and are marked with the CE conformity mark. In 2013, we also received approval from the US FDA.

Recently, observing global trends in the field of wound treatment and meeting the expectations of our customers, we have diversified our offer with other modern medical devices, including o products of the renowned British company Advancis Medical, including specialized dressings with medical Manuka honey, a system for negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) from Genadyne (USA), and a range of hydrogels and antimicrobial wound irrigation solutions Microdacyn® from the American company Sonoma Pharmaceutical (Oculus). We are the sole representative of the companies mentioned in Poland, whose products are distributed through a network of medical stores, pharmaceutical wholesalers and pharmacies throughout the country.
