Lysobakt Rino nasal spray is a 1.85% hypertonic solution containing lysozyme.

Active ingredients

In addition to sodium chloride, the following excipients, namely propylene glycol, methylparaben, sodium edetatate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, increase osmolarity (tonicity).

Thanks to the natural mechanism of osmosis, Lysobakt Rino removes excess fluid from the edematous nasal mucosa and tissues and liquefies thick secretions in the nasal cavity. Also, this spray provides moisturizing and protection of the normal nasal mucosa in conditions of increased dry air (increases nasal secretion).

Lysozyme is a natural substance found in body fluids such as nasopharyngeal secretions, tears, and saliva. Lysozyme has a local anti-inflammatory effect, increases the body's nonspecific resistance, and is effective against bacteria, viruses and fungi.

Lysobakt Rino nasal spray accelerates the mobility of the ciliated epithelium and stimulates mucociliary transport, helps cleanse the nasal cavity from accumulated secretions, dust, dirt, crusts, allergens and infectious agents.

Indications for use

Lysobakt isobakt Rino nasal spray is recommended:

with nasal congestion, accompanied by shortness of breath in acute and respiratory diseases (infectious rhinosinusitis), allergic rhinitis;

in cases where the use of classic decongestants for the nose is contraindicated (for example, with high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disorders, diabetes mellitus);

for daily hygiene, nasal empty (for example, when in a polluted environment);

to moisturize the nasal mucosa (for example, in rooms with air conditioning or heating, which can dry out the air).

Application features

Lysobakt  Rino nasal spray maintains the physiological state of the nasal mucosa and does not have a systemic effect; it is suitable for use both in dwarfs and children from 1 year old. The use of children is allowed only under the supervision of adults.

Lisobact Rino nasal spray is intended for use exclusively in the nasal cavity. For hygiene reasons and to reduce the risk of contamination, it is recommended that one spray bottle be used by one person.

Use of Lysobakt Rino nasal spray during pregnancy or lactation.

So far there is no information that would give reason to assume the possibility of dangerous consequences of using Lisobact Rino nasal spray during pregnancy or lactation. Consult a physician prior to use.

Contraindications

Do not apply Lysobakt Rino to persons with hypersensitivity (allergy) to at least one of its components, as well as to persons with hypersensitivity (allergy) to egg white.

Mode of application

Dosage.

adults and children over 5 years old: 1 or 2 sprays into each nostril 2-3 times a day;

children aged 1 to 5 years: 1 spray in each nostril 2-3 times a day.

Each time it is pressed, the nebulizer dispenses 0.14 ml (ml) of solution (one bottle contains at least 200 doses).

Before each use of Lisobact Rino nasal spray, you must first thoroughly clean the nasal passages.

Remove the protective cap.

Pick up the spray bottle with three fingers. Grip the top of the tip flange with your index and middle fingers and place your thumb under the bottom of the bottle. While holding the bottle in an upright position, push down the nebulizer several times to activate the nebulizer pump.

Carefully place the spray pump tip into the nostril and press down evenly once or twice. At the time of spraying, inhale slowly through the nose, and exhale through the mouth. Repeat this procedure in the other nostril.

After use, gently wipe the sprayer with a clean cotton cloth. Replace the protective cap.

If after 14 days of use there is no improvement, you should seek the advice of your doctor.

Use in children who cannot spray on their own.

Place the child on their back and follow the procedure described above. Please note that the dose should be appropriate for the child's age.

Side effects

Side effects have not been described. Lysobakt Rino nasal spray does not have an addictive or "withdrawal" effect (that is, when, after stopping treatment, symptoms resume with even greater intensity).

If irritation or allergic reaction occurs, stop using Lisobact Rino nasal spray and consult a doctor.

Compound

1 ml (ml) of the solution contains sodium chloride 9.0 mg (mg), lysozyme hydrochloride 0.5 mg (mg), propylene glycol, methylparaben, sodium edetate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, sodium hydroxide, purified water.

Storage conditions
