In the symptomatic treatment of obstruction of the nasal passages in the course of colds and nose surgery - to stimulate the healing of the mucosa and improve nasal patency; for children from 2 to 6 years old.

1 dose of nasal spray (0.1 ml of solution) contains 0.05 mg of xylometazoline hydrochloride and 5 mg of dexpanthenol and excipients: benzalkonium chloride solution, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, purified water.

They reduce swelling and congestion of the nasal mucosa, facilitate breathing, and regenerate the mucous membranes.

Nasally; children from 2 to 6 years of age: one spray in each nostril 1-2 times a day (every 8-10 hours). Do not inject more than 3 doses into each nostril a day. Do not use doses higher than recommended. Long-term use of the preparation may worsen the symptoms of nasal blockage. Do not use the preparation for more than 7 days.

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients; dry atrophic rhinitis; children under the age of 2; following transnasal surgeries and operations involving exposure of the dura mater. The product contains benzalkonium chloride, therefore it should not be used by people with known hypersensitivity to this preservative.
