L-carnitine mediates the transport of fat components - fatty acids to energy centers such as mitochondria. Chromium contained in the preparation contributes to the maintenance of the proper metabolism of macronutrients and the proper level of glucose in the blood.

Supplementing the diet: 1 tablet once a day between meals. When losing weight: 1 tablet 2 times a day approximately 30 minutes before a meal.
