Omegamed Optima Forte is a preparation developed especially for pregnant women. The optimal composition, developed with the participation of specialists, provides a daily dose of important ingredients, including for the proper development of the brain and eyes in the fetus and breastfed infants.

DHA from algae (Life's DHA): 600 mg

Complex source of ActiFolin folates: folic acid (400 μg) + active form of folic acid (400 μg)

Vitamin D: 2000 IU

Iodine: 200 μg

Iron: 30 mg

Omegamed Optima Forte does not contain fish oil, so the product is well tolerated and does not increase nausea.

Recommended intake:

3 DHA capsules (brown) and 1 optima tablet (pink).
