Composition

1 sachet contains the active ingredient - potassium-magnesium citrate - 3.0 g (which corresponds to 300 mg of magnesium and 300 mg of potassium).

Mode of application

Dissolve the content of one sachet in 100-150 ml of drinking water at room temperature or vegetable or fruit juice (the sequence is important - first pour the liquid, and then pour out the powder), stir and drink.

Recommended daily dose:

adults and children from 12 years old take one sachet;

for children aged 6 to 12 years, take 0.5 sachets;

for children aged 3 to 6 years, take 0.25 sachets.

Take after meals.

The taste can be adjusted by using (in the absence of individual intolerance) sugar, honey, adding more drinking water or juice.
