Rotabiotic Baby is a combined probiotic, which contains live lyophilized lactobacillus and bifidobacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium spp., As well as extracts of fennel and chamomile flowers and inulin.

Active substances

Lacto- and bifidobacteria (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium lactis) have a high antagonistic activity against a wide range of pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms, intestinal pathogens, intestinal pathogens, staphylococcus bacteria fungi, prevent their adhesion to the intestinal mucosa. Lacto- and bifidobacteria, enhancing the natural defense of the digestive system against pathogenic microorganisms, create favorable conditions for the formation of normal intestinal microbiocenosis, maintain and regulate the physiological balance of the intestinal microflora, and also increase the body's nonspecific resistance, have immunomodulatory properties, synthesize amino acids, vitamins (K, groups B, pantothenic acid), which promote the absorption of iron, calcium, vitamin D. Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) fruit extract contains organic acids, essential oils, flavonoids and other substances with carminative and antispasmodic properties (especially in relation to intestinal smooth muscles). They stimulate the digestion process, reduce gas formation in the intestines, improve the flow of gases, eliminate intestinal spasms.

The extract of chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla L.) contains an essential oil, which includes chamazulene, prochamazulene, other terpenes and sesquiterpenes; as well as flavonoids, polysaccharides, macro- and microelements, carotene, ascorbic acid, beta-sitosterol, choline, organic acids. This complex of biologically active substances exhibits antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, astringent, diaphoretic, choleretic and sedative properties, increases the secretory activity of the digestive glands, stimulates appetite, eliminates intestinal spasms, suppresses fermentation processes, improves the functional state of the gastrointestinal tract.

Inulin is a plant polysaccharide, a polymer of D-fructose. "Rotabiotic Baby" is recommended as a dietary supplement to the diet as an additional source of probiotic lacto- and bifidobacteria, essential oils, flavonoids, plant polysaccharides, macro- and microelements with the aim of developing their own intestinal microflora in children under one year of age and restoring the microflora of the gastrointestinal tract from the first days of life. Can be used to prevent attacks of intestinal colic and increased gas production, regurgitation and constipation in infants and young children; when switching from breastfeeding to other types of food.

Fennel ordinary fruit extract (Foeniculum vulgare) - 200 mg.

Chamomile flower extract (Matricaria chamomilla L.) - 150 mg.

Inulin - 150 mg.

The auxiliary substance is sucrose.

Mode of application

On the recommendation of a doctor, use:

infants (children from birth to 6 months) - one sachet per day (if necessary, the contents of the sachet can be divided into several doses; open the sachet tightly and store in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours);

infants (children from 6 months to one year old) - one sachet 2 times a day during meals;

young children (children from one to 3 years old) - one sachet 3 times a day during meals;

children aged 3 years and older - one sachet 3-4 times a day during meals.

For infants, dissolve the contents of the sachet in 10-100 ml of breast milk or warm drinking water or infant formula (depending on the child's age and the amount of liquid that he can take at a time).

Preparation of the solution: pour the required volume of breast milk, infant formula or drinking water into the prepared bottle, add part or all of the contents of the whole sachet (depending on the child's age), close the bottle and shake thoroughly for 15-20 seconds until the powder is completely dissolved.

For young children and children aged 3 years and older - dissolve the contents of the sachet in 10-100 ml of warm drinking water or milk.

The duration of use depends on the individual characteristics of the child's body and is determined individually.
