Lavender - helps to improve sleep and relieve emotional stress. Lavender lowers heart rate, normalizes blood pressure and helps you fall asleep faster.

The essential amino acid L-Trypotophan helps support relaxation, proper sleep, and well-being. It plays a role in the synthesis of melatonin and serotonin, as well as the mood-related hormones responsible for stress. L-trypotophan also supports the functioning of the immune system, as the body forms kynurenic acid from it, which regulates the immune system.
