Contraindications

• hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients;
• current or history of breast cancer, or suspected breast cancer;
• established or suspected estrogen-dependent malignant tumor (including endometrial cancer);
• bleeding from the genital organs of unknown etiology;
• untreated endometrial hyperplasia;
• venous thromboembolism now or in the past (including deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism);
• established thrombophilic disease (eg, deficiency of protein C, protein S, or antithrombin);
• arterial thromboembolism at present or recently transferred (including angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, stroke);
• acute liver disease or a history of liver disease, while liver function tests are not normal;
• porphyria;
• During pregnancy and breastfeeding;
• liver tumors at present or in history (benign or malignant);
• severe hypertriglyceridemia;
• otosclerosis with deterioration during previous pregnancies;
• high risk of developing venous or arterial thromboembolism.
