Product description
Oral dispersion tablets Viagra ODT are recommended for men with erectile dysfunction, which is defined as the inability to achieve or maintain an erection of the penis necessary for successful intercourse. For the effective action of the preparation Viagra ODT you need sexual arousal.
Structure
Active substance: sildenafil;
1 tablet contains 70.225 mg of sildenafil citrate, which is equivalent to sildenafil 50 mg;
Excipients: ludiflesh (beckons (E 421), crospovidone, polyvinyl acetate, povidone), croscarmellose sodium, microcrystalline cellulose, hydrophobic silicon dioxide, sacchalose (E 955), indigo aluminum varnish 30-36% (E 132), sweet taste enhancer, special natural ingredient, lemon flavor, magnesium stearate.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or any of the excipients of the preparation.
Concomitant use with nitric oxide donors (such as amyl nitrite) or nitrates in any form is contraindicated, since it is known that sildenafil affects the pathways of nitric oxide / cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) metabolism and potentiates the hypotensive effect of nitrates.
The simultaneous use of PDE-5 inhibitors (including sildenafil) with guanylate cyclase stimulants, such as riociguat, is contraindicated because it can lead to symptomatic hypotension.
Conditions for which sexual activity is not recommended (for example, severe cardiovascular disorders such as unstable angina or severe heart failure).
Loss of vision in one eye due to non-arterial anterior ischemic neuropathy of the optic nerve, regardless of whether this pathology is associated with previous use of PDE-5 inhibitors or not.
The presence of such diseases: severe liver dysfunction, arterial hypotension (blood pressure below 90/50 mm Hg).
Recently suffered stroke or myocardial infarction and known hereditary degenerative diseases of the retina such as retinitis pigmentosa (a small number of such patients have genetic disorders of the retinal PDE), since the safety of sildenafil has not been studied in the case of such diseases.
Mode of application
The preparation is administered orally.
The preparation should be used immediately after the tablet is removed from the blister. The tablet should be put on the tongue, wait for it to disintegrate, and then swallowed. The preparation can be taken with or without water.
If it is necessary to use a dose of 100 mg, the second tablet should be taken only after the complete disintegration of the first tablet.
It is recommended to use the preparation on an empty stomach, since when the preparation is used simultaneously with fatty foods, there is a significant delay in absorption compared to the use of tablets on an empty stomach.

Overdose
The use of sildenafil at a dose of 200 mg did not lead to an increase in efficacy, but caused an increase in the number of cases of adverse reactions (headache, flushing, dizziness, dyspepsia, nasal congestion, visual disturbances).
In case of overdose, if necessary, resort to the usual supportive measures. An acceleration of the clearance of sildenafil during hemodialysis is unlikely due to the high degree of binding of the preparation to blood plasma proteins and the lack of elimination of sildenafil in the urine.
Side effects
The most commonly reported adverse reactions were headache, flushing, dyspepsia, nasal congestion, back pain, dizziness, nausea, hot flashes, visual disturbances, cyanopsia, and blurred vision.
Interaction
Sildenafil metabolism occurs predominantly with the participation of the ZA4 isoform (major pathway) and the 2C9 isoform (minor pathway) of cytochrome P450 (CYP). Therefore, inhibitors of these isoenzymes can reduce the clearance of sildenafil, and inducers of these isoenzymes can increase the clearance of sildenafil.
