Recommended intake

1 tablet with a meal. The tablet should be washed down with water.

Cellulose (bulking agent), vitamin B3 - niacin (nicotinamide), corn starch, vitamin B5 - pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 - (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 - (riboflavin), vitamin B1 - ( thiamine mononitrate), magnesium salts of fatty acids - magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agents), vitamin B9 - folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin B7 - biotin (D-biotin), vitamin B12 - (cyanocobalamin).
