Active substances

Chondroitin sulfate - a substance that is the structural basis of cartilage and bone tissue, improves calcium-phosphorus metabolism in cartilage tissue, inhibits enzymes that disrupt the structure and function of articular cartilage, inhibits the processes of degeneration of cartilage tissue, helps to restore normal enzymatic processes in the cells of the articular cartilage and synovial membranes, prevents the compression of connective tissue. The intake of endogenous chondroitin helps to restore and maintain the normal structure of the cartilage matrix by increasing the anabolic activity of chondrocytes and stimulating the synthesis of proteoglycans. Promotes the regeneration of the surfaces of the cartilage and joint capsule.

Glucosamine - is a salt of the natural amino-monosaccharide glucosamine, similar to endogenous glucosamine. Stimulates the synthesis of glucosaminoglycan and cartilage proteoglycan, and also increases the formation of hyaluronic acid in the synovial fluid. Glucosamine sulfate inhibits enzymes that destroy cartilage tissue, including collagenase, phospholipase A2, and also reduces the activity of lysosomal enzymes and superoxide radicals. Glucosamine slows down the destruction of cartilage and prevents the development and progression of arthrosis. Glucosamine sulfate has no effect on the respiratory, cardiovascular and nervous systems.

Sodium hyaluronate - 4.49 mg.

Mode of application

For degenerative-dystrophic diseases of the spine and joints, as a rule, adults are prescribed one tablet once a day for the first 3 months, then - one tablet once every two days for the next two months.

A decrease in clinical manifestations while taking the preparation usually begins by the end of the second week of therapy and the therapeutic effect lasts for eight weeks after the end of the course of treatment.
