The preparation contains a unique, triple combination of ingredients that help in menopause. 1 capsule provides up to 300mg of evening primrose oil, 250mg of standardized red clover extract and 60mg of magnesium ions. Red clover helps reduce the unpleasant symptoms of menopause, such as hot flushes, excessive sweating, irritability or tiredness. Red clover also has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system. Evening primrose oil naturally supports hormonal balance and, like zinc and biotin, helps maintain a healthy skin appearance. Recommended intake:
