Product description

The Fixsin nasal and sinus irrigation set contains a 240 ml bottle and 15 sachets with powder for reconstitution. The product clears and cleans the nose and sinuses of excessive secretion and residual mucus, which reduces the accumulation of factors that affect the formation of infection. The soluble active substance of the Fixsin medical device is sodium chloride. The Fixsin nasal and sinus irrigation set can be used at home in both adults and children over 4 years of age. Irrigation with the Fixin kit is used for preventive or symptomatic care of the nose or sinuses in case of rhinitis or sinusitis, as well as for maintaining nasal and sinus hygiene to eliminate allergens and other impurities that accumulate in the nasal cavity.

Application

For use in children over 4 years of age and adults for preventive, symptomatic or postoperative care of the nose and sinuses, mainly in the case of:

paranasal sinusitis,
rhinitis of various origins,
before and after nose and sinus surgeries,
for the hygiene of the nose and sinuses.

Usage method

Rinse 1-2 times a day or as directed by your doctor. One hour after rinsing, do not go outside (at temperatures below 19 ° C).

Rinsing should be done at least one hour before bedtime.

Each time before starting rinsing, check the water temperature.

Pour the contents of the sachet into the bottle and fill it with boiled water (at body temperature) to the level marked with the 240 ml line. Then screw the bottle tightly and shake it to dissolve the substance in the water.

Put the bottle into your nostril and breathe through your mouth. Squeeze the bottle with a smooth movement so that half of the solution is put into your nose and through the other nostril.

Repeat the rinsing in the other nostril. Use the rest of the solution as needed, immediately after preparation.

Do not swallow the solution.

After rinsing, clean the nose by blowing it out.

Discard any unused solution.

Important tips

The headset should not be used by people with a completely blocked nasal septum or with an ear infection.

After surgery, consult your doctor before use.

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to sodium chloride.

Do not use boiling water or hot water for rinsing.

Do not use untreated tap water.

Side effects: do not occur if used correctly in accordance with the instructions for use.

After each use, the bottle and cap should be thoroughly washed. Keep all kit components clean and dry.

Do not use if any part of the kit is damaged.

Use the kit only for its intended purpose.

Keep out of the reach of children, in a dry place at room temperature.

Warnings

The medical device should not be used by people with a completely blocked nasal septum or with an ear infection.

People who have had ear surgery should consult a doctor before using Fixin.

If the child is less than 4 years old, consult a doctor before use.

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to sodium chloride.
