• Musculoskeletal Pain: Effective for acute and chronic inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, spondyloarthritis, arthrosis, and osteochondrosis.

• Menstrual Pain (Dysmenorrhea): Provides relief from painful menstrual cramps.

• Toothache: Helps alleviate pain from dental issues.

Dosage Instructions

For optimal results, follow these guidelines for dosage:

• For Mild to Moderate Pain:

• Initial Dose: 12.5 mg (1/2 tablet) can be taken 1 to 6 times daily every 4-6 hours as needed.

• Standard Dose: 25 mg (1 tablet) can be taken 1 to 3 times daily with an interval of 8 hours.

• Maximum Daily Dose: Do not exceed 75 mg (6 tablets).

Note: In patients with liver or kidney impairment, or elderly patients, the maximum recommended dose is 50 mg per day.

Duration of Treatment

Dexalgin is not intended for long-term use. The duration of treatment should not exceed 3-5 days without consulting a healthcare provider.

Side Effects

While Dexalgin is generally well-tolerated, some users may experience side effects, including:
